Hi guys,

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I've had a headache for about five days - which I do get now and then because my job requires me to look at the computer for ten+ hours per day. I took an excedrin a day or two agao and have been nauseous ever since. I seem to have injured my shoulder somehow about a month ago. My shoulder is very tight, painful and the when I stretch my arm out my shoulder and arm burn.

My jaw is tender to the touch, with twinges of face pain and I also have an ulcer in my mouth.

Please help!
