| BPH relief
I am 73 years old. When I urinate I completely empty my bladder. Residual numbers are from 2 to 20 units. My uriflow rate is a normal textbook case according to my urologist. I had the TUMT procedure done a year ago. It did not relieve any symptom other than some minor dribbling.
The main symptom that I have is that I get a strong urge to urinate five to ten times every night in the first two hours of going to bed. I only produce a few drops of urine at each voiding during this period.
Eventually I get so exhausted that I am able to sleep through the next six or seven hours with only one or two trips (with greater urine production) to the bathroom.
My urologist says that the TURP (he does not reccomend and does not perform the green light laser) has the greatest potential for relieving my symptoms but it won't be a
