I am a 37 year female who was very health no sign of, anything wrong after being assualted 2005, later I had c5-c7 fusion. My question is basically I have been having more severe leg pain mostly my right leg from waste down. If I walk long periods, say more than 15 minutes or less my legs gives out. I have numbness, sharp pain and pressure like if I am being pent by something. My doctor first said that the fusion is unremarkable but still have alot of pain in the neck and arms as well mainly right side. They told me I had Fibrom....
but I did not go for that after researching I demanded that give a better diagnose but all they wanted to do is keep me on all these narcotic and nerve medication. I refused them after taking them over a year and seek and second opinion. Can anyone tell me what my MRI results mean it says:
L1-L2: Their is annular bulging. Canal and neural foramina are patent.
L2-L3: " " " . Canal and neural foramina are patent.
L3-L4: There is annular bulging and facet hypertrophic change. Canal
and neural foramina are patent
L4-L5: Annular bulging and facet hypertrophic change.Mild ap narrowing of the central canal and moderate bilateral foraminal stenosis
L5-S1: Annular bulging and facet hypertrophic change. Canal and foramina are patent.
Sacrum and iliac wings: Visible sacral ala and iliac wings are normal
Emg normal but with abnormalties (taken 9/2008)
Can any help me and why do I have so many diagnoses and what do they mean:
lumbosacral neuritis nos
spinal stenosis-lumbar
lumbosacral spondylosis
other back symtoms/ facet arthropathy
postlaminect syndylosis-cervical
brachial neuritis nos
cervical spondylosis
thoriac spondylosis

does anyone knows what going on because i seem not to get straight answers only injection and physical therapy that doesn't help.
