I drank 2 diet cokes and 2 large coffees with cinnamon today on a pretty empty stomach.

After running around with my Mom in her car driving... I was starving.

I came home and ate 2 cheese enchiladas.

I felt very sick an hour later. I was hot, chills, diarrhea and dizzy and fatigued

I drank water and Gatorade and now I feel fine

Stress and anxiety were high today so that may have made it worse.

I have not been sick since May when I got a flu.

If you have any of those enchiladas left, I'd throw them out. Sounds more like food poisoning than caffeine overdose to me.

That's definately not a good diet you had today. I do blame all that caffeine. It can do those things to your body easily without proper food in your body. Take it easy and try to carry a water bottle around with you. Your body will thank you and you will be suprise how much more energy you have!
