Shoulder weakness after twitching? No idea...

I couldn't find the right forum for this so I hope that this is okay. I'm a 24 year old male who is otherwise healthy. I've had widespread twitching for almost a year with no other symptoms. But, about a month ago I had a twitch below my right shoulder blade that didn't stop for nearly a week. It started off strong then faded.

Afterward, the arm felt funny but I thought nothing of it. However, a month later my arm feels noticeably weak and my shoulder doesn't work the same as the left. It almost feels like I am missing something... no real pain, an occasional dull sensation but that is it.

I have no clue but it isn't getting any better and I don't have medical insurance. I am pretty scared of stuff like ALS, so any ideas of what else this could be? I hear twitching with weakness and no pain is very, very bad.

Thank you.
