Couldnt take a breath!
I woke up in the middle of the night could not get any air for about 30 to 60 seconds, it was scary. What could cause this?

It could be sleep apnea.

this could be serious issue for you in future if you will not get proper treatment for this, so please go to the doctor and ask him/her first..
