B12 Deficiency?

My B12 was at 395 and is now at 445. I know this is still "normal" - but is this still low, and would it be enough to cause pernicious anemia? I have Celiac Disease & Rheumatoid Arthritis and am experiencing a lot of "weird" symptoms and many that are neurological/cognitive in nature. Would my B12 levels, despite being "normal" still cause this by chance?
