I have a list of symptoms i have experienced over time that haven't been diagnosed by my doctors

I could ahve multiple problems, or no problems, i just don't know

Symptoms:
-Almost non existent long term memory (cant remember anything previous to my junior year except random LITTLE instances) and junior year was 3 years ago (2006-07)
-Headaches that ONLY ever come in the back of my eyeballs
-attention problems (on ADHD medication, which helps)
-diminishing vision -3.00 @ 19yrs old, and continuing to get blurrier (nearsighted)
-alopecia (can see scalp through hair on top of the head, thin/fine hair)
-EXCESSIVELY oily scalp resulting in scalp pimples
-Pulsating ear (behind helix on the connective tissue from ear to head) that brings red ear and hot ear (actual elevated temperature of ear); frequency of occurance has lessened but still happens occasionally brought upon randomly or by touch
-Hirsutism (excessive hair on back, chest, stomach, upper legs and buttocks) while facial hair is still sparse and no hair on lower legs (details later)
-random marbeling/mottling (livedo reticularis?) on lower legs and hands
- SEVERE calf cramps upon exertion or flexation ranging from simple cramping in flexation to the muscle turining hard (as if flexed) while relaxed on exertion (in under 2 mins of exertion) and yes, stretching/warmup used
- Lower legs are hairless below kneecap and VERY unsensative to cold/heat (shorts in snow) and to pain (only lower leg, from below knee to ankle)
- Achilles tendon pops without pain
- Muscle spasm (pulsating) in feet, lower legs, and has happened once or twice below the eye

Maybe unrelated symptoms:
-Ganglion cysts in both hands in exact same place
-Short fingers relative to hand size
-inflammation of posterior cervical node numerous times (both sides)
-previous instances of heart palpitations/chest tightening that went away relatively quickly (1-10mins)
-Compulsive nail biting with no relief
- instances of insomnia
- Mild dyslexia (mixing of letters in words when reading)

Possiable conditon:
mild generalised tetanus? (jaw pain or lockjaw? w/ releativly small opening ability of about 1.5in between front teeth) and previous stated muscle problems, restlessness, headache, spasms


19, male, slightly overweight tested with insulin resistance
recently had blood test, all vitamins within normal range (cramps)
