plant Junior Member (female) Join Date: Jun 2008 Location: California Posts: 27	FYI - Drug & Food Interactions with Warfarin (Coumadin) Several people on these boards have asked for info or lists of foods and drugs that can affect blood thinning levels (referred to as INR testing) for those taking Coumadin. A hospital called UMass Memorial has a comprehensive list. It can be found at www.dvt.org. Follow the link for "Antithrombolitic Guidelines" for a technical paper on administering Coumadin. On page 6 and 7 is the most comprehensive list I've found so far on the web.
