Offbalance dizziness tiredness weakness etc whats wrong? Ideas?

symptoms are general weakness diziness feeling like i might pass out faint off balance mainly towards the right after i injured my neck 2 years ago lifting weights is when i started getting more off balance. have had eeg for heat normal ct scan of neck.. normal but apparently it is straighter and not curved as it should be.. numbness right side near ear right foot feeling weak.. have had blood tests etc most normal flashing lights also like when you sneeze they are fairly constant.. or get worse if i push myself any ideas on what is wrong have had tilt test slight low blood pressure nothing serious and probably wouldn't be causing If anyone has any ideas would be great..

hi steve i have probloms with balance towards my left side i had a injury while myself and akita were doing urban mushing after alot of messing about in hospital and a few visits later turned out i had bppv caused by the injury i had if you google bppv it does give you sysmptons just see if it is the same if it is it does go away but it takes a while but also it does come back and you learn to live with it , sorry to go on i could be barking up the wrong tree, hope you get sorted marg.

i saw a ent doctor he said he couldnt find anything wrong only some pressure or something showed up and he said it wouldnt cause any problems

maybe a pinched nerve in the cervical neck?
