Saflower oil

Saflower oil

I would like information about saflower oil.
Is it good for loosing weight and glucose metabolism and what about cholesterol?
Does it raise it?

Safflower oil is almost on par with olive oil. It has the same calories as other liquid fats, and it doesn't affect you metabolism. But if you use it, it will help raise your good cholesterol (HDL) and reduce the bad cholesterol (LDL). Canola oil is equal, and second only to olive oil.
