Tingling extremites, neck pain, brain fog

30 year old male. History of GERD and gall bladder removal. For nearly two weeks, I have started having problems with tingling in my arms and legs, among other things. Several times throughout the day, I will have a feeling of loss of sensation, then sometimes when the feeling comes back, there is pain like someone hit me. I have pain going up and down my neck and problems with focusing my vision, lightheadedness and concentration. Sometimes in the morning it takes me hours or all day to wake up and focus. It seems like it takes extra work to get my body to follow simple commands. Saw local doc and went to the ER for stomach issues. EKG and chest x-rays fine, blood work fine. Any ideas?
