Crying

Hi there,

Over the past six months i often randomly start crying for no reason. It lasts off and on for about 3 or 4 days, and thne im fine again. It doesnt happen regularly, i'd say about 4 times in the last six months. But it is really getting me down. Nothing ever sparks it off; it is completely random. It lasts a little longer each time. I have nothing to be sad about, which is why i am confused. If anybody could give me any advice that would be brilliant.

Thank you.

Re: Crying

How old are you? If you're menopausal then that one of the things that comes along with the changing in the hormones.

I'm 20. I didnt get anything like this during puberty...in fact I never used to cry often at all, so this is very strange for me.
