Question Low Hemaglobin, Hematocrit, High MCH, High Platelets and Fever

I have been diagnosed with everything from chronic fatigue to lupus. Right now my rheumatologist has said my lupus has "disappeared," yet I run a low-grade fever every day and my CBC constantly comes back with low hemaglobin, low hematocrit, high MCH, and sometimes high platelet count.
Doctors don't seem to know what is wrong with me. Just now diagnosed with restless leg syndrome. Anyone have any idea of a diagnosis?
