Hello, I have this vein problem and not sure what has caused it. I don't remember if this is from getting hit on my shoulder which I don't remember. But I've noticed this a few weeks ago. About a week and half ago it looked more blue. I thought it was from vein leakage.

Any advice would be great

Mike2011,

Are you taking any blood thiners like aspirin, omega-3 fish oil, vitamin E or anticoagulant drugs? Or, you might be taking a combination of these items? Have you been eating a lot of oily fish like sardines or salmon? All of the above will thin your blood and when your blood becomes too thin, you will likely find that you bruise much more easily. It might look like a black 'n' blue mark like someone had punched you. Is that what you have?

No its not it. It is a 3/4 small line along my vein around my front of the shoulder, more like the deldoid. And no, no fish, no drugs, nothing. I am a meat person (chicken) and only drug I take is Zertec and I take muscle milk for working out. Thats it.
