Cervical Large loop incision

Hi,

I had to had a large loop incision at the colposcopy clinic last week due to several smears and biopsys coming back abnormal.

Although i was warned not to do anything strenuous for 2days after and that i would have pain for the remainder f the day and possible bleeding im slightly worried.

Its been over a week now and im still in agony. Im bleeding (not much) even though id only just finished my period the day beofre i went.

I cant lay on my side cause im in too much pain. Its constant. Is this normal?
