blotchy neck in stressful situations

What can I do to prevent my neck from getting red and blotchy when I enter a stressful situation.
Certain people usually trigger it.
It is sooooo embarrassing and it is getting worse.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Re: blotchy neck in stressful situations

I've been doing that same thing for 58 years. If you find a way to stop it, let me know. I always thought of it as blushing and just my body's way to reacting and nothing will help unless I learn to not be embarrassed. If there's a treatment, sign me up!
