Can weight lifting increase male height

I am a nineteen year old male. I am about five foot nine. I guess you could say I am a bit embarrassed about being my height. My mother side of the family are all tall, some execptionally tall. My father's side isn't as tall.

My mom is about six feet, her two sisters stand at about 6'1, and 6'3" respectively. My dad isn't exactly tall, but he is around 5'11".

I was wondering does anyone know if weight lifting can make you taller, or at least gain you a couple of inches?. I've heard that men don't stop growing until age 25.
