Exclamation chest injury caused by sneezing
i sneezed and felt/heard a pop in my upper left chest area,the pain runs though my body into my back,.this pain is severe,i find it sore enough just making small breaths,if i cough /sneeze it is unbearable.i need to know what i have done and what to do.
when i take deep breath there is a painfull click the affected area

You might have damaged a rib or one of the chest wall muscles. In most cases, these types of injuries are painful but not too dangerous. Occasionally, if breathing deeply and coughing are too painful, people with chest injuries can develop chest infections.

If it's that painful, you should probably get it checked out in the morning. The doctor might do an x-ray to see if a rib is cracked.
