freezing all the time

I am freezing all the time. In the winter I hike up the heat, in the spring even when it's 75 out, I am freezing, now it just turned 98 degrees, everyone wanted the air on, I walked around with sweaters on complaining to everyone I was freezing. What could be causing this.

Re: freezing all the time

you could have circulation problems, or be hypothyroid
have your thyroid tested

Re: freezing all the time

My first thought would be a thyroid problem.

Re: freezing all the time

lmw0225: It could be thyroid problems but depending on your age it could be hormonal. I've got the same problem but if it gets too hot out, like it did yesterday, then I don't feel well. I think it's better to be cold and put some layers on than to feel awful from the heat. You could also be anemic. I'd have my hormones tested to see if you might benefit from some progesterone. Being cold is a symptom of estrogen dominance.
