Hair everywhere, especially in places there shouldn’t be like face, forehead, cheeks, shoulders, neckline, boobs, chest, stomach, back, arms, back of palms, fingers, legs, toes. Few and less visible in some places, but there is indeed hair practically everywhere.
Lactose intolerant

Skin discoloration/bruising/scars that won't go away

Especially would like to know about possible conditions (like Prader–Willi syndrome) that would qualify for growth hormone treatment.

Thank you for your thoughts.

You sound like you are in need of a good endocrinologist. By the sounds of some of your symptoms, I would think that you have a testerone problem (excess amount). Have you ever had any blood work to check out your hormone levels? I am unfamiliar with Prader Willi Syndrome, but maybe that is something you might want to address with the doctor.
Let me know how you are doing.
