Upper left side gumline
Iwent to my dentist about a year ago for xrays and cleaning, but after the xrays came back, it showed that there was a cyst under my gums on my upper left side and I was told that whoever had done my last root canal hadn't made sure it healed properly, thus causing the cyst. The dental office had been known for garbage work, but its where I was insured. What the dentist didnt know was that the root canal had been done right there and said the cyst would cost me a little over $ 4 000.00 out of pocket because it was considered "cosmetic", and when I told them I was a patient there and had the "botched" root canal done there at dental associates, and the dentist said I couldn't prove that was the cause all of a sudden. Anyways, no work could be done in fear of rupturing the cyst, but it would still cost over $ 4 g's unless it did rupture. Well it has now ruptured and I no longer am insured by them any longer, and now am miserable with an earache, soar throat and massive pain from the area. I am looking for any ideas other than ibuprofen, because its barely touching the pain if at all. Any suggestions at this point would be greatly appreciated because there are no dentists open on weekends where I live. Thanks.
