What does this mean? Do I have Barrett's?

I had an endoscopy and this is the result from that biopsy. What does it mean?

Squamocolumnar junctional mucosa (cardia-type) with mild chronic
inflammation and rare goblet cells (SEE NOTE).

NOTE: These findings may represent Barrett's esophagus or metaplasia
involving the proximal stomach. Endoscopic correlation is required.
