Post-op problems after robotic hysterectomy

I had a robotic hysterectomy in September. My left ureter was punctured during the procedure. I am leaking fluid, having urine retention and severe bladder spasms since the procedure. [I] am just starting to have bowel spasms and a strong sharp pain on the lower left side. (where the left ovary would be)
A procedure is scheduled for Jan 11th. I have had several dye tests and the last one was able to pinpoint the left side. Stents were placed on both sides and my body rejected them. One was pushed down into the bladder, the other pushed up into kidney. During this test on the 11th dye will once again be injected and then stents inserted and dye re-injected. This is to 100% confirm where the leak is and in prep of one more surgery to repair the damage. The final repair will also be done using the davinci robotic system.

My question is multi layered. Will I have a problem when the stents are placed, even though they are only in for a short time? What is going to be done for the final repair? Will I need a catheter? My surgeon is very tight lipped since I have had so many complications. What time of anesthesia will be used? Any info would be appreciated.
