For the last three years,my BP generly increased during winter season and also at the same time i face breathing problem that during breathing some sound at chest observed.After winter , BP appears normal and also breathing appears normal. pl advice
Thanks for your valuables remarks,i am taking medicines as per medical consultant as per follwing details: My bp range during appearance of problem 150/105,145/100,155/106
medicines recommended are
1 BP tablet named WINBP 20-H daily one(contains olmesartan medoxomil 20 mg,hydrochlorothiazide ip12.5 mg)
2 antiallrgic montonice- f at night
3formonide 400 for inhaling two times
4 antibiotics 500mg one time
5 cough syrup three time
iam takin these medicine for one month
now my bp is 132/80.110/70,132/86 ,after one month on medicine,my chest is now 90% ok.My consultant advised for continue one month futher on medicine.pl advice
You are on quite a lot of meds! I'm glad to hear your chest is so much better.
Your BP seems to be okay for now, although a systolic number of 132 is a little bit high. Doctors like to see 120 or below. However, given that you had a reading of 110 at some point probably means you are averaging a healthy pressure. If you have your own home monitor, it might be helpful to monitor your BP at rest for the next month.
Anyway, follow your doctor's advice and stay with the drugs another month and then see how you are feeling. By the way, there is a special board on these healthboards for "High and Low Blood Pressure". If your blood pressure presents a problem again, do post directly on that forum-There are a lot of very knowledgeable folks there!
