Popping Knee When Exercising
In January of this year I bought a recumbent exercise bike and since have been working out on it every single morning, which is a major improvement for me. All has been going well until the last couple of weeks. My right knee has started popping a bit. I have tried adjusting my riding position a bit but it seems to not be going away. Even when it is not popping I can put my hand on it during peddling and feel a click click of light popping inside. What should I think of this? Any suggestions. As I am back in school and have no insurance I really don't have the money for doctors at this juncture.
