weird feelings
 

Hey, for the past couple of years i have had a really weird feeling in the middle of my chest and in the middle of my neck, its really hard to explain how it feels, its like really weird tingling , i don't really know how to describe it, anyway, i have a hard time doing normal every day activity's because that's all i can focus on, and i can't get it to stop, i was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and what i can maybe do about it, Thanks.
