your problem kind of sounds like what I went thru a while back and I ended up at my primary care and she recommended I take Prilosec OTC twice a day, she said it sounded like silent reflux. I began watching what I ate too, tried to stay away from tomato/sauces, spicy food, onions, peppers and such, there's a whole slew of them! After about 3-4 days it did get better and I stopped taking it and it came back again so I have to keep taking it for the most part. Maybe talk to your primary care about it. I also take zofran for the nausea that helps and wear those anti-nausea wrist bands, you can get at the drug store. They also have ginger gum at some of them it works instantly also the ginger tea works well.
Try not to overeat or eat late at night. Sometimes if I bend over too far it will make me nauseous!! I guess the acid comes up. I don't let my tummy get too empty either, some folks like saltines I prefer pretzels. A little Pepsi will help me settle my stomach sometimes but I think too much will make it worse.
