Hi...I think you should be referred to a gastro specialist who will hopefully check out any other possibilities of what might be going on.
In the meantime, your doc should do liver panel and kidney blood tests, as well as stool samples.
Maybe as well push for an ultrasound of that area...just wondering if you might have some adhesions from the surgeries you've had.
Curious what your diet is like on a daily basis? Sometimes tweaking that can help with digestive discomfort.
What other meds are you on? are you on hormone replacement therapy?
What supplements are you taking?
