i don't know what this is

Hello everybody. I have had this weird feeling for about three weeks now. I had it a couple of years ago but it went away and now it's back but stronger. I have tried to describe it to doctors but they all don't really know and try and say it's anxiety. Which it might be. When i walk i feel this weird feeling that i cannot describe. and when i am just sitting it feels almost like there is a cloud in the front of my head. It's so hard to explain i just want to know if there is anyone, anyone out there with a similar feeling to what i have because i'm scared that it is just me who has this. So please, if there is anyone out there with a similar feeling or an answer for me please respond. thanks so much, danny

Hi Danny,
I have sometimes felt something similar to a cloud in front of my head. It has seemed to come on when I was very busy, focussing on the one subject intensely for a long time.
I am not sure what you meant about how you felt when you were walking, but I would feel "disconnected" from my body when doing things, including walking, for a while after. It was as though I wondered how could my body be moving??

I found once I had moved, eaten or changed my activities substantially for a while that the symptoms would improve. I have also found that these symptoms would have "phases".

The biggest way to snap me out of these phases though was to get anxious! If some sort of emergency occurred the "cloud" or "fog" sensation would go, and I would forget about it for a while.

Don't know if this is helpful, but good luck.

Annder
