 Neck pain after mctimoney chiropractor treatment
I visited mctimoney chiropractor four times to treat sacriliac joint problems that have been ongoing since I had my children 20 years ago. It has recently flared up so painfully, hence the reason for having treatment. The chiropractor also worked on my neck, doing adjustments plus deep tissue work as I often have tension headaches.
My back pain has improved but my neck is now agony. I cant sleep, it hurts just holding my head up and trying to read a book etc is agony. The chiropractor says its because the muscles are weak and struggling to support my head in its new alignment. She wants to see me in a months time.
I`m really scared this is going to be permanent. Does anyone have any advice?
