Hey guys my name is Darcy and im 25 years and male, im 5'10 and i weigh about 270 pounds. Its been about a couple of months now i have been feeling this weird tingling burning numb sensation in my upper right abdominal quadrant just under my right breast ( chest ).
I have noticed that it isnt always there and comes and goes, but i know what seems to make it worse. When i go to bed with my girlfriend we cuddle and i always lie on my left side. After about 15 min i get the burning and numbness almost feels like i have a pulled or strained muscle and kinda hurts to move. The only way i can make it completely go away is to lie on my stomach or back ( basically anyway that isnt on my left side ). I have also been woken up by intense pain in that region while laying on my back and i have to slowly roll over to my stomach or right side for the pain to almost instantly stop. I find these symptoms to be really strange and i doubt its life threatening but wait times in hospitals for things like this are like 15-24 hours so i'd like to gather some of your thoughts first.
I have been diagnosed with Gerd and slight anxiety symptoms 2 years ago and its been about a year i stopped taking my Nexium to treat the GERD. I dunno maybe it has to do with that, i usually sleep on my stomach so it doesnt happen every night but every once in a while i wake up holding my girlfriend laying on my left side with the symptoms i listed above.
I'f you have any input at all please post on this thread, im going to the doctor this week anyways but i would like to still get some info first. Thanks very much
