Yemlah

Hi, today's Tuesday and on Sunday morning I woke up and ate breakfast , as per usual. A short while after I felt moderate-sharp stomach pains in my centre/upper stomach and felt sick in the stomach... At about 1pm this went away. Later that night at about 8pm I experienced intermittent pains in my lower right abdomen that elevated in pain. As I was going to bed the pain became more constant. When I woke up Monday morning I felt fine. Everynow and then The pain come back for a short while. That night again I felt sick and the pain in my lower right stomach returned. This morning (Tuesday) I had pains when I woke up and the got alot worse after bowel movement , eventually easing half an hour after I took pandol. Throughout the day I experienced intermittent pain varying in severity and felt slighty nauseous. I haven't vomitted and I don't have diarrhea. If you can help , please tell me what you think and sorry about the length.
