Random Sharp Pains

Hello, I'm Rachel. I'm an 18 year old girl, whose been through transverse myelitis but I have pretty much recovered and am generally healthy. I have poor posture, and anxiety problems, and lately I have been having sharp, random and brief pains generally under the right breast or below. I walk on crutches, so my upper body is often strained and muscular, and I get growing pains in my chest occasionally, but it's different because the pains are sharp. It's causing me to panic a little, and it's not in the ribs or anything so it's not like the occasional kink. Being hyper aware of these pains as well, are causing me to assume the worst, or make things feel more severe than they actually are. Are these pains normal? Is it just because of my posture, or anxiety, or could it be something else?
