Period
My period usually lasts 4-5 days, it stopped on the fourth day so I decided to have sex, the morning after I started bleeding again which is strange as on the last two days of my period there is usually little to no period, is it the sex that could have caused it to start again?

Yes. If you used a condom, it's just from the contraction of your vagina. If you didn't use one, it's from the semen flushing you out as well.
