| back/shoulder pain spreading
So I've been having neck/shoulder pain. I'm not really sure if I should be worried. It has been going on for a few days and I think it's spreading. It started near my cervical vertebra and and now my actual vertebra hurts and the pain is spreading over my shoulder and into my right arm. At first I just thought I hurt my shoulder in my self defense class. Now I'm not sure weather it is just hurt and I'm doing something to make it worse, or if I have some sort of spinal disorder. Please help so I can either stop freaking out or know if I should go see a doctor.
