Question Was that a Heart Attack
I was doing my work on computer .Suddenly my head spin and my neck and solder became stiff and a pain started on my left chest

Go to your doctor, tell him this, and he may give you an ECG. This will tell him if anything happened. If it shows that there was a cardiac incident, then he will do further test. This is the only way you will know.
