Chest pain
 

Had a heartattack in August 2012 and 4 stents put in. Diagnosed with a Hietal Hernia 3 weeks ago. I have had 2 spells last 2 days with pain in chest, sweating and blood pressure around 134/96 heart rate 82. What could be the problem. I hate having to run back and forth to doctor if for no reason.
