Skin Cysts in Groin, Armpits, and Chin - lymph node related?
Just a general question about skin cysts in general - i've noticed over the last few weeks i've had 3 moderately sized cycts/boil. One on the left side of my face just below my jawline, one in my left armpit and one on my inner thigh on my left leg (all left sided - weird eh?)
anyways, the one on my inner thigh and face have more or less subsided and pretty much vanished. I just noticed the one in my armpit last night. I was able to lance both the facial one and the one on my leg and they drained and faded away. The armpit one seems to be quite deep under the skin. Its palpable and sore but otherwise not that significant.
What i'm wondering is whether these could possibly be related to some health changes/experiments i've been conducting with myself. I decided to try and see if i could reap some benefits from dry skin brushing and coffee enemas. I've read a lot about them and have found that a lot of people claim they are highly beneficial in the elimination of toxins and waste from the body.
Since its a well known fact that lymph nodes are associated with the filtration of waste from the body and these practices are known to increase the body's ability to eliminate built up waste - I was wondering if it is possible that these cycts (being located rather close to 3 lymph node regions on the body) could be related to my recent cleansing practices.
Could the cleansing techniques have caused a surge of waste to be released into (and/or out of) my system and caused local swelling in these regions?
anybody have any thoughts?
