constant lightheadednes and dizziness and low blood sugar and high liver enzymes
i had blood work done yesterday and my liver enzymes were a little high and my blood sugar was low(53) and also i have this high feeling that just wont go away i dont know how to completely explain it its like if i were to smoke a joint but i havent done any drugs or drank any alcohol it really just feels like im light headed and dizzy all day and night. the doctor did say i could have fatty liver disease but not to sure, i also have been drinking a multivitamin and all of this seemed to start after i started drinking it please help? and also the high feeling has been going on for a week straight and it is really making me freak out because i have anxiety and it is making it worse.

Well the lightheaded, dizzy feeling could very well be due to low blood sugar. That's how it makes you feel. Be sure to eat protein throughout the day. Don't overdo on carbs as that will make it worse when the carb effect goes away. Lean meat such as chicken or turkey or cheese or an egg, no more than 3-4 hours apart.
