Pain above tailbone after soccer

I had a soccer tournament two weeks ago where I was shoved down and pushed around a lot. It was also very cold. I have had a pain on my right side above my tailbone by my lower back when I move in certain positions since this tournament. It is painful in gym and when I try to lay in certain positions. I have already tried stretching and I don't feel it in that spot. I have also tried icing and heating, no help. Please help me figure out whats going on!

Re: Pain above tailbone after soccer

Thats terrible that people were so physically aggresive to you.

Try yoga for limber and flexibility also helps with core strength which helps stabliize the whole body so you have more control and balance.
