My grandpa is dying of pulmonary fibrosis
Does anyone know what pulmonary fibrosis is or what it does to the human body/lung?

The doctors said it isn't treatable. They say he probably wont last through the night. I am at school otherwise I would be with him. When he slips away will it be painful?

Pulmonary fibrosis is a disease of the lungs where excess fibrous tissue develops and makes breathing difficult. Many things can cause it. My mother had it due to having many lung clots during her life. If not arrested, it can cause death. Marlon Brando, the actor, died of it. I'm sorry that he is in this condition and that you can't be with him. They can make him comfortable.
