Clear wart-like things on my hands
On each hand I've got these wart-type things. I call then 'wart-type things' because they're clear whereas warts are usually these rough, flaky type things. I've got one on each hand and they're sort of itchy. Until I scratch them which is when they get really itchy. One's on the palm of my hand and it's much smaller than the one of my other hand which is on the side somewhat near my wrist.

Any idea what they could be?

They could be what is called molluscums. It's in the chicken pox family sort of like a virus. They are contagious and sometimes need to be removed. They are harmless, like the chicken pox. My son had these things when he was young and a dermoltogist took care of them and they never returned. Good luck
