I would see your Dr and get a CBC done to check your platelets (if low causes bruises) and check for anemia (causes fatigue) and those 2 are often related. A general chemistry panel as well as sed rate and CRP may be helpful, and a urine check to look for any related abnormalities. If anything abnormal shows up, an ANA test may be helpful, as fatigue, joint pains, bruising and anemia can be signs of lupus. If you are anemic, the type should be determined before treatment. A thyroid profile should be done too because of the fatigue. It is hard to say if the stomach issues are related at this point, but that may get clearer after some tests are done.
