Intermittent lower right abdominal pain

For the past two months, I've been experiencing intermittent lower right abdominal pain. It is an aching pain with an occasional center to the right of my belly button (when I look down). It is intermittent, and it is worse when I move around after meals or when my body becomes stressed, either by emotional or physical strain (like running around a lot).

It's does not appear to be appendicitis, and I had a full abdominal MRI that showed no abnormalities. I do not have any food allergies.

After some research, I came across the condition paralytic ileus. Does that sound plausible, or does it seem like anything else? Thanks!
