Torn upper bicep and shoulder impinge--any exercises to isolate/strengthen triceps
Overuse injuries have brought this 58-year-old male to a painful place. Torn ACL, neoromas in feet, plantar fascitis, spinal stenosis, shoulder impingement, and now...slight tear in upper bicep. I am functional, but the upper left bicep is pretty bad.
cannot find a good strengthening the tricep exercise anywhere, one that does not strain the bicep. Anyone know of something online? Thank you very much.
