LARS Reconstruction
 

Hi all.

I wondered if anyone had any information on the LARS reconstruction of an ankle (I snapped the ligaments) - I had the procedure done on Feb 15, so am at the end of my recovery, prior to physio. Or I should be, as one of the retaining screws in my tibia is becoming loose. I'm seeing the OS next week, and have check in 2 months, but it is causing some soreness and discomfort, and there is a pulling sensation as I walk.

I'm currently in an Aircast walker, and will be for a week or so more.

Any info gratefully received. The ankle itself is rock solid, not going anywhere.
