Forearm Tendonitis

Hello,

I've had forearm tendonitis for a few years now, and the past couple months it has gotten to the point where it's nearly unbearable. I have soreness in my hands, that always feel very tired as well, and my tendons in my forearms hurt all the time as well. I type for a living, so I'm not sure what I can do.

I do stretches constantly, but that never seemed to help. Is there anything else that can? Is this something I can get rid of ever or am I just going to get worse?
