| fracture bilateral malleolus with orif
I have a fracture bilateral malleolus with orif done 3 weeks ago. Sutures were removed at 14 days. Am in walking boot if I leave the house but am non weight bearing for 6 weeks. I have a lot of rub burns over my suture lines from the cast and can't really wear the walking boot as it hurts too much. I am currently having severe burning over my ankle incision lines. Even sheets touching it are too much. I also find even when I go to the bathroom for 2 minutes with my ankle down my foot turns blue. Is this all normal? Help please.
