I'm in so much pain all the time!
I have bad knees, right knee more especially. Had a knee scope about a year ago for a torn meniscus and have never been the same. Damned if I do take pain pills and damned if I don't. I'm so tired of living in pain all the time. Here lately, all I think about is just wanting to sleep my life away cause that's the only time I'm pain free. Thanks for listening to my vent!

hi caroline,i had this done last april,and around oct 2011 they gave me those synfix shots once a week for 3 weeks,its sorta helped,,,i forgot the correct spelling to it. but its worth a shot. maybe you can ask your ortho about it. i also take ibprofin alot too for mine. but i also have ankle problems going along with my knee. i hope you get well soon.
